The Role The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading the team of fulfillment associates, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe execution of all fulfillment activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining productivity, meeting shipping deadlines, and supporting a positive team environment. What You'll Do Supervise and support the fulfillment associates Create and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels Oversee daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to team members Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Ensure proper handling, storage, and compliance with food safety standards for applicable products Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager to improve processes and operational efficiency Assist in resolving operational issues and addressing team concerns in a timely manner Track and report on key performance metrics (accuracy, throughput, etc.) Support inventory management processes, including cycle counts and audits What You'll Need Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment required Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus Prior supervisory or team lead experience Experience handling food and/or consumer goods, with familiarity in food safety standards, preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities Experience with warehouse systems or inventory management systems (IMS/WMS) preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with operational tools and reporting (Excel) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs, as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (varied temperatures, noise levels, etc.) About the Opportunity This is a full-time, exempt position Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
