Hours:

2:30pm - 11:00pm Duties Lead and manage the outbound warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets while maintaining safety and quality standards Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatch of goods using warehouse management systems (WMS) Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline material handling workflows Operate forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment safely for materials handling and inventory movement Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and communicate expectations clearly to foster a high-performance environment Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, or warehouse supervisor roles Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (such as Shiphero or similar WMS) and logistics processes Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively Familiarity with lean management principles and process improvement methodologies Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly Effective managerial communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure operational clarity Join us as an Outbound Team Lead where your leadership fuels operational excellence!
