The Warehouse Supervisor must be computer literate and willing to continue learning new systems and processes. A major part of this role will involve the inventory management system, including inventory tracking, transfers, receiving, count accuracy, item organization, reporting, and overall system upkeep. While inventory will be the primary system focus, the expectation is that this person is willing and able to work with any system or process that helps improve the operation. This person must also be able to lead and direct warehouse staff effectively. They should be able to assign tasks, follow up on progress, correct issues in the moment, and find ways to get the most out of the team. This includes understanding each employee?s strengths, keeping the team moving with purpose, and making sure expectations are clear. The Warehouse Supervisor needs to be a team player. They will work alongside other supervisors, managers, concessions leadership, vendors, and event staff. This role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to support the overall operation instead of only focusing on one area. This role is intended for someone who wants to grow within Aramark. The expectation is that the person in this position wants to develop professionally, take on more responsibility, and make more of themselves. If they give full effort, show ownership, and continue learning, this role can become a steppingstone to future growth within the company.

COMPENSATION
The Hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.BENEFITS
