Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off 401(k) Competitive salary Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator We are a growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fireplace company looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and help keep our field teams running efficiently. This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining an organized warehouse, managing inventory and parts, coordinating fleet readiness, and ensuring technicians have the materials they need to serve our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse Track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed Receive, stock, and distribute parts and materials Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries Assist with company fleet organization, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle readiness Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records Work closely with office staff and field technicians to ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and inventory processes Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials coordination Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable using computers and inventory management software Ability to lift and move materials as needed Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home service industry is a plus We offer competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, a retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth with a stable and growing company.
