Shipping Coordinator Goshen, VA | $19.50/Hour | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:30 PM | Weekly Pay Looking for a stable weekday schedule with a company where your attention to detail makes a difference? LaborMax Staffing is hiring a Shipping Coordinator for a long-term temporary assignment with one of our valued clients in Goshen, VA . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics who enjoys staying organized, working with production teams, and keeping shipments moving efficiently. What You'll Do Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities Create purchase orders from requisitions Process incoming shipments and receiving documentation Enter receipts, invoices, and production data into the company system Prepare Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments Ensure materials are accurately labeled, staged, and ready for shipment Verify production work orders and completed units Verify truck and railcar loading for accuracy Work closely with production, warehouse staff, and drivers to keep operations running smoothly Operate a small forklift and assist with production as needed Follow all company safety procedures Perform other related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, or Inventory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Why You'll Love This Job $19.50 per hour Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM-4:30 PM) Weekly pay Long-term assignment with consistent hours Opportunity to work with a respected manufacturing company Supportive team environment Apply today!
