Finished Goods Order Distribution Coordinator

About the Role We're looking for a dependable, fast‑learning Finished Goods Order Distribution Coordinator who thrives in a high‑volume environment and takes ownership of their work. What You'll Do Manage and prioritize customer order flow based on approvals and ship dates Allocate pick lists and track orders through fulfillment Monitor fulfillment queues and expedite orders when needed Communicate urgent or problem orders to supervisors for quick resolution Resolve order issues with Fulfillment, Production, Customer Care, Inventory, and IT Serve as the go‑between for Customer Care and the warehouse to locate and release orders Adjust inventory commitments to meet urgent customer needs Identify and report discrepancies for immediate correction Coordinate Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues with IT Process returns, employee orders, and corporate co‑branded orders Manage samples, special projects, and Farm Basket inventory Assist with cycle counts Operate cherry pickers and stand‑up/sit‑down forklifts (training/license provided if needed) Support warehouse operations including packing and monogramming What We're Looking For Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills Takes initiative and is willing to step outside normal job duties Learns new systems and technology quickly Able to absorb information at a fast pace Highly organized, attentive, and detail‑focused Reliable and accountable — someone the team can count on Performs well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment Strong communication skills Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Interest in logistics, inventory, or operations growth Why This Role $20.00 per hour Steady, full‑time work Opportunity to grow skills in logistics, inventory, and operations Work with a team that values reliability, initiative, and performance
