Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM What's the Job?
Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity and efficiency Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment Handle problem resolution to maximize associate performance and address operational issues What's Needed? At least 1 year of warehouse experience Experience in a supervisory or leadership role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills What's in it for me?
