6:00 AM - 7:30 PM (3, 13-Hour Shifts) About the Role We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This is an entry-level management position that combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on warehouse operations. The Warehouse Assistant Manager will help support warehouse employees, maintain inventory accuracy, communicate operational updates, and ensure production and quality goals are met. What You'll Do Help motivate, guide, and support warehouse employees to maintain a strong team environment Organize and manage inventory of materials and finished products using computerized inventory systems Communicate daily with management and team members regarding shift transitions, activities, and operational updates Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met Provide support across departments as needed to maximize productivity Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Work overtime as needed What We're Looking For Supervisory or management experience At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience Basic computer and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience Pallet jack experience This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse operations experience who are comfortable supporting employees, managing inventory, and helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. #IND20
