• 25 Based on Experience Summary Provides direct support to a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate unloading, receiving, processing, inventory management, picking, and shipping of products.

Responsible for planning workflows, monitoring performance, and communicating updates while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Support and guide warehouse associates in daily operations Train, coach, and provide leadership to team members Plan and monitor workflow to meet productivity and accuracy goals Assist operations during high-volume periods or staffing shortages Ensure timely completion of training documentation Maintain a safe work environment and address safety concerns Verify equipment is safe and report maintenance needs Ensure accurate receiving, counting, and system recording of inventory Investigate discrepancies and perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments Adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements Communicate operational updates to internal teams and customers Travel as needed to support operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of warehouse experience (receiving, fulfillment, inventory) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow instructions in English OSHA Material Handling Equipment License required Ability to work in varying temperature environments Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned

Pay:

$43,680.00
