Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Auburn, WA. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who enjoys coaching warehouse teams, improving daily workflow, and keeping production and distribution activities running safely and efficiently. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in supporting a stable manufacturing operations environment where teamwork, accountability, and strong leadership are valued.   • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and support warehouse employees to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient performance.
  • Monitor productivity, workflow, quality standards, and operational priorities to ensure customer and production needs are met.
  • Enforce safety policies, housekeeping standards, equipment procedures, and compliance requirements across the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with production, inventory, transportation, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve process flow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
