This position reports directly to the Retail Store Manager of their location.

Job Requirements:

Responsible for managing all shipping, receiving, and inventory handling processes within the warehouse. Ensures timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, transfers, and online orders while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Plays a key role in supporting and maintaining inventory accuracy. Additionally, the following job-specific requirements and skills are critical to this position. Major Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards Train and lead seasonal warehouse staff for efficient holiday operations. Reports inventory discrepancies and recommends cycle counts as needed. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and follows company safety standards Manages food expirations to ensure proper rotation and store distribution Monitors and reports on key metrics such as shipping timeliness, shipping/transfer error rates, and productivity through time trials. Ability to multi-task Ability to build professional relationships with staff Ability to think & communicate clearly and execute consistently "What Counts" Factors for
