Job Description

Job Summary A growing food and beverage production operation in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and support the efficient movement of materials and finished products. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee receiving, inventory movement, storage, distribution, order fulfillment, and documentation while working closely with internal teams to support business needs. This role offers the chance to make a visible impact in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, strong operational focus, and opportunities to help develop warehouse staff and improve day-to-day performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and supervise a small warehouse team while communicating daily priorities and performance expectations.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory movement, shipping, order fulfillment, and distribution activities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material flow, cycle counts, documentation, and inventory control processes.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations with internal departments to support production, customer demand, and operational timelines.
  • Monitor warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enforce safety standards, company procedures, organized storage practices, and accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.

    Auburn, WA. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, shipping, and distribution.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, inventory documentation, and warehouse organization.
  • Lead warehouse team meetings, train staff, communicate priorities, and hold team members accountable.
  • Support process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, safety, and productivity.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse operations or warehouse leadership experience.
  • Previous warehouse supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
  • Strong background in inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or similar inventory management systems.
  • Forklift and material handling knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and inventory tracking skills.
  • Ability to lead from the floor with a hands-on, proactive, and accountable leadership style.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, operational procedures, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a food and beverage production, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or related operational environment.
  • Prior experience supporting production or high-volume order fulfillment operations.
  • Experience developing warehouse staff and improving warehouse processes.
  • Working knowledge of inventory flow, material identification, and warehouse layout best practices.
