Kent, WA Job Details Full-time $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation English Forklift High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Computer skills Full Job Description This position is responsible for assisting in ensuring that trucks are loaded correctly, leading the crew by example. Must also possess a positive and team-oriented approach to complex and time sensitive situations. Duties include the ability to successfully lead groups of people toward a common goal.

Essential Functions:

Ability to use Produce Pro programs and computers Lead by setting a good example Plan routes effectively Inventory Control when needed Load Trucks efficiently Maintain 100 PPH Problem Solving in a fast pace environment Assist the Supervisors and Managers in tasks as needed Walk pickers through a final clean up Treat all employees with respect and professionalism Communicate between all departments as needed. Transportation, Buyers, Sales, PF, HR, etc. Other duties may be assigned Knowledge, skills and abilities required: High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 -2 years previous warehouse experience Self-starter, able to work efficiently with and without direct supervision Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task under pressure Good oral and written communication skills, Ability to speak, read and write in English in order to understand and process paperwork Ability to use and understand portable communications within a warehouse environment Ability to operate and monitor all equipment (forklifts, jacks, racks, flooring, trailers) responsibly Strong computer skills, preferably including good working knowledge of Produce Pro.
