Role Overview Heron Botanicals, Inc. is hiring a full-time Fulfillment Coordinator to work in-person out of our Kingston, WA location. This has been described as 'the best job I've ever had' by the last two people to hold it (one moved to Colorado; one is going back to school to become a medical herbalist). The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for packaging and shipping orders to our customers. This role is focused on customer service via phone and email. This a great role for an individual who is looking for a job that they can leave at the office. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for herbal medicine who wants to work hands-on with botanical products every day.

• 5:30PM (potential additional hours on Monday if desired)

Fulfillment, Shipping, Customer Service What You Will Do

• Fulfill orders placed online and process for shipment
• Take orders over the phone, troubleshooting and providing exceptional customer service
• Set up customer accounts and take payments
• Order supplies for the fulfillment office
• Crosstrain in herbal medicine production and assist with production as needed
