Job Description

Nelbud Warehouse & Service Coordinator Full-Time NELBUD is seeking an organized and hands-on Warehouse & Service Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, inventory management, and technician coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping keep field operations running smoothly. This position works closely with technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership to support service operations, warehouse organization, purchasing, fleet coordination, and day-to-day branch needs. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily schedules and service calls for field technicians
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service needs
  • Manage inventory, materials, tools, and equipment for the branch
  • Process purchase orders, vendor orders, and receiving documentation
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment tracking
  • Assist with fleet coordination, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle records
  • Support onboarding, safety documentation, and administrative reporting
  • Work closely with management to help improve operational efficiency
  • Assist technicians and field teams with operational support as needed What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, warehouse operations, or service coordination preferred
  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical, service, construction, or field operations environments is a plus Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move materials/equipment as needed
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting daily demands What We Offer
