Description

We're hiring an experienced Distribution Supervisor to oversee warehouse receiving and shipping operations while ensuring safety, accuracy, quality, and service goals are achieved. This role will work closely with Distribution Management, Supply Chain, Traffic, and Order Management teams to support daily operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay:

$33.65-$38.46 per hour (equivalent to $70K-$80K annually).

Job Responsibilities

Lead and direct daily distribution center operations, including warehouse, receiving, and shipping activities.

Supervise team leads and material handlers to achieve productivity, quality, and service goals.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound deliveries, inventory replenishment, order fulfillment, and domestic/international shipments.

Coordinate cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, returns processing, and dock activities.

Promote a strong safety culture through training, documentation, and safety meetings.

Conduct performance reviews, coach and mentor employees, manage attendance, and address disciplinary matters as needed.

Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Planning, Traffic, Production, and Accounting.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal) required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, inventory control, and distribution operations preferred.

Combination of office and warehouse environment.

Regular exposure to warehouse conditions, including noise and non-climate-controlled areas.

Must be comfortable working around industrial equipment and materials.

Associate Requirements

HS Diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $33.65 - $38.46 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
