Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Materials Supervisor to join their team. As a Materials Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

$60,000 to $90,000 + Overtime What's the Job?- Lead daily materials and warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production areas to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members while driving accountability, safety, and performance.
- Monitor and improve inventory accuracy through cycle counting, transaction management, and warehouse best practices.
- Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve material issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in materials, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain leadership.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams, coordinating work, or developing employees.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a manufacturing environment. What's in it for me?
