Blue Dolphin not only services the equipment brands we distribute. Additionally, our technicians work closely with other manufacturers. We provide parts and service for almost any car wash equipment on the market. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Parts & Warehouse Coordinator to support our service, installation, and customer operations. This hands-on position combines inventory management, purchasing, shipping and receiving, customer service, and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Place daily and weekly orders with vendors Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments Prepare and ship customer orders Coordinate deliveries and pickups as needed Maintain inventory levels and organization of parts and materials Work closely with service technicians and installers to ensure they have the parts and supplies needed for scheduled work Assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, and product availability Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and office environment Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Ability to lift and move materials as required Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Experience Inventory control Shipping and receiving Warehouse operations Parts sales or parts department experience Purchasing and vendor relations If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
