We have an opportunity for a Shipping Order Administrator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will support the Shipping team by managing the end-to-end documentation, processing, and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery. You will:
Create deliveries and plan logistics through our company systems (ERP/SAP) Support creation of accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices by working with logistics and shipping teams. Work with internal and external teams to make sure that orders are processed correctly and timely. Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipments. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping standards. Troubleshoot any shipping issues. Help palletize loads by securing with stretch wrap. Follow all documented safety rules and practices. Print deliveries and prioritize in kiosk Monitor and communicate barriers to on-time delivery and shipping goals
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or administration. Forklift certification preferred. Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office, SAP Experience (S4 Hana preferred). High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines. Basic skills in mathematics and computers. Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 30lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

Shift:
5:30-2:00pm or 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday Occasional mandatory overtime required
Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is: $25.00. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
