Job Description

Job Summary Assistant Warehouse Supervisor We are looking for a full-time Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to help oversee daily operations at the Quest Interiors warehouse in Fond du Lac. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse team members while actively participating in hands-on operations as needed. Key duties include receiving, storing, and organization of materials and products; managing the loading and unloading of trucks; coordinating deliveries to company and customer locations; ensuring proper operation and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment; and maintaining clear, effective communication with management, installers, sales, and purchasing staff.
Additional supervisory responsibilities include:
Assisting in leading, training, mentoring, and evaluating warehouse team members Assigning daily tasks and managing workflow to meet productivity goals Monitoring inventory accuracy and coordinating with purchasing staff Enforcing safety policies, procedures, and best practices Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements:
Valid WI driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience Strong computer literacy (inventory systems, Microsoft Office, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Forklift experience and certification (or ability to obtain) Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (no weekends) Typical start time: 8AM Typical end time: 5
