The Impact You'll Make As our Shipping Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our outbound operations. From carefully packaging products to coordinating deliveries, you'll ensure that every order leaves our facility ready to impress. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the reputation we've built for reliability. What You'll Do Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care, ensuring shipments are secure and damage-free. Book freight loads with carriers, coordinating schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Build crates and package shipments to meet product-specific requirements and safety standards. Assist the materials team with inventory movement, staging, and organization. Drive straight trucks to deliver shipments to customers and partners, ensuring timely and professional service. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces in shipping and staging areas. Complete shipping documentation and maintain accurate records for all outbound loads. Create and maintain work instructions for packaging specific program shipments. What You'll Bring Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations (forklift certification is a plus). Ability to safely operate straight trucks and valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you take pride in doing things right the first time. Comfort with basic shipping software and freight booking processes. A team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Physical ability to lift and move packages and materials as part of daily work.
