Job Description

Revere Electric Supply is a fourth-generation, family-owned electrical distributor, that's been around for 100 years! We have an opening for a Warehouse Lead who will assist in coordinating all daily warehousing activities. This position will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with training and communicating job expectations. As well as ensuring that safety regulations are met.

Hours are 9:30 am - 6:00 pm OR until work is complete. M - F (No Weekends!) What you will do: Oversee and participate in warehouse operations, demonstrating a commitment to productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Demonstrate efficiency in all functions of the warehouse. Assists supervisor in orienting, training, assigning and coaching employees. Responsible for managing the process of receiving, stocking, and quality control of all merchandise. Helps to keep warehouse equipment operating by implanting operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; recommending preventative maintenance and calling for repairs. Perform other associated duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications Warehouse knowledge equivalent to 5+ years' experience is preferred. Ability to complete all warehouse functions and operate machinery with no supervision required. Complete Warehouse management systems functionality and understanding including inventory software. Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements. Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, climb, bend, stoop, kneel and crouch. Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment. Must be able to climb 8ft ladder periodically. Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
