Job Description

Position:
Warehouse Lead Wage:
$21.50 - $22.00/hr.
Shift:
1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; overtime as needed on
Saturday's Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:
Completes and documents pre-shift inspections; reports maintenance needs promptly Loads and unloads trailers, containers, and other vehicles safely and efficiently Verifies the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and system records Picks, packs, and palletizes orders in compliance with partner, customs, and international shipping requirements Lifts, packages, and ships litter in 20 lb, 40 lb, and 60 lb formats Uses RF scanners and company systems to accurately process and track orders Generates and applies shipping labels, BOLs (Bills of Lading), and required documentation Prepares international shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) in compliance with regulations Weighs, dims, and verifies case packs, master packs, and pallets for accuracy and carrier compliance Stages outbound shipments in designated lanes based on carrier, route, and priority Schedules or coordinates pickups with carriers as directed Communicates with drivers at check-in/check-out to ensure correct loads and documentation Performs final load checks to ensure proper product, quantity, and securement Ensures proper pallet configuration, wrapping, banding, and labeling for safe transit
Warehouse Lead Requirements:
Must have previous lead experience with a team of at least 3 Prior forklift experience required Strong attendance and reliability are key expectations for this position
