If you love accuracy, organization, and seeing work move seamlessly from shelf to shipment, this role is for you. What you'll handle Work from requisitions to pull finished signage/products and deliver them where they need to go Receive, inspect, and verify incoming finished goods against inventory and customer-supplied GTR's Tag, store, and maintain inventory control across all finished items Validate printed image versus stock size before items move forward Complete inventory prep and perform frequent cycle counts—prioritizing any SKU with fewer than 10 units Process IMS orders, confirming part numbers, promotions, and quantities Send Box approvals and IMS shortage emails; pull GTR's and complete debits promptly Put away new receipts and overage quickly; ensure overage is tagged and placed in the correct customer rack Relocate customer-supplied signage to each customer's designated finished goods area Accurately pick and process re-ship orders Monitor Asset Manager for customer requests and respond accordingly Investigate missing signage from overage and resolve discrepancies Enter new signage into inventory when overage is purchased by customers Operate bailing machines, compactors, and hand tools; maintain a clean staging area Communicate issues to your supervisor or warehouse manager and assist other departments as needed Tools, pace, and environment Systems and records: administrative and electronic documentation for all materials received/issued
