IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and quality protocols Coordinate daily activities including mold changes, equipment setup, and maintenance Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities Troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues to minimize downtime Qualifications At least 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related fields Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, and quality assurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP; familiarity with Raven and Infinity is a plus Skills Warehouse supervision and team leadership Packaging operations and safety compliance Equipment setup, mold change, and troubleshooting Documentation and computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Raven, Infinity) Experience with TPM initiatives and equipment maintenance Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
