Job Description

Position Summary Think Office LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse, installation logistics, and showroom readiness. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring products, materials, and project components are received, organized, staged, delivered, and maintained accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in organization, operates with urgency and accuracy, and contributes positively to the overall success of the Think Office team and client experience. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming furniture, materials, and project shipments. Verify received products against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documentation. Accurately label, stage, and store products for upcoming installations and deliveries. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times. Assist with inventory management, material tracking, and warehouse supply organization. Prepare products and materials for delivery and installation crews. Delivery & Installation Support Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently. Assist installation teams with furniture deliveries, assembly, staging, and project punch lists as needed. Support field installations and warehouse logistics coordination. Help identify damaged, missing, or incorrect items and communicate issues promptly. Administrative & Process Responsibilities Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, freight, damages, and inventory movement. Utilize company systems and technology to support project and warehouse coordination. Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, logistics, or furniture installation experience preferred. Ability to safely lift, move, and transport heavy furniture and materials regularly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery tools. Ability to work in warehouse, delivery, and jobsite environments.
