Our client, a leading provider in the lumber and building materials industry, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift General Labor to join their team. As a 1st Shift General Labor, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the efficient handling and organization of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Shift:
• Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM until finish (typically 10-12 hour shifts)
• What's the Job?
• + Load and unload lumber and building materials from trucks + Stack, sort, and organize lumber in the yard + Maintain a clean and safe work area + Assist with assembling fence panels using hand tools and nail guns + Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
• What's Needed?
• + Previous experience in light industrial, warehouse, or general labor environments required + Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive physical tasks + Comfortable working long hours in varying weather conditions + Experience using a nail gun or willingness to learn + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
