Warehouse Associate

Duties Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 to accurately track inventory movements and update stock records Assist with order picking and packing using picking & packing techniques to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment for e-commerce and wholesale customers Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas, maintaining a clean and safe workspace Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch Support shipping & receiving activities by inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and documenting discrepancies Contribute to warehouse distribution efforts by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of stock in accordance with safety standards Experience Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments involving order fulfillment or distribution centers Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is essential; certification is a plus Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms enhances efficiency in inventory tracking Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures ensures accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments Basic math skills are necessary for counting stock items, calculating weights, and verifying shipment details Experience with e-commerce warehouses or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous for understanding integrated supply chain processes Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
