Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of merchandise through tasks such as inspecting packages for correct labeling, verifying shipments, and resolving discrepancies. They utilize conveyor systems, RF scanners, and pick lights to receive, sort, and distribute products, while maintaining a clean work area and providing excellent service to both delivery drivers and internal teams. Shift:

First Shift:

Monday to Friday + some OT on Saturday, 6:00 AM

• 4:30 PM

Second Shift:

Monday to Thursday + some OT on Saturdays, 5:30 PM

• 4:30

PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect packages for correct labeling and packaging.
• Report and help resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Use conveyor systems and radio frequency scanners to receive cases.
• Verify shipment details against records.
• Palletize cases and input data with RF scanners.
• Route items to appropriate departments.
• Distribute merchandise to stores using pick lights.
• Perform SKU quantity audits.
• Complete cartons for stores with RF technology.
• Place empty totes on the take-away line.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Provide excellent customer service to delivery drivers and internal departments.

Job Requirements:

• Basic High School Degree or GED
• Must be able to regularly move/lift up to 25 lbs, and occasionally move/lift up to 50 lbs
• May be required to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed
• Must have basic math skills
