Job Description

Growth Opportunity with Nautic Edge Nautic Edge is a fast-growing, premium marine and auto service company based in Orange Beach. We specialize in high-end boat and auto washing, detailing, ceramic protection, and advanced coating services. We are also the exclusive licensed regional installer for Aquaphobix flame-embedded polyethylene bottom coatings and a licensed installer of ecoFINISH pool coatings . We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing crew. Experience in detailing is a plus, but we are also open to general laborers who are reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work.

Hands-On Experience:
Work with boats, vehicles, pools, and specialty surface protection systems. Responsibilities Perform or assist with high-quality boat and auto washing and detailing. Support sanding, prep work, taping, cleaning, and surface preparation for coating projects. Assist with Aquaphobix bottom coating preparation and application support. Assist with ecoFINISH pool coating preparation and project support. Use buffers, polishers, sanding tools, cleaning equipment, and basic hand tools as trained. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow directions, work as part of a team, and take pride in quality work. Deliver professional service and support Nautic Edge's premium customer experience.
Requirements Experience:
Detailing, sanding, painting, marine work, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
Skills:
Experience with buffers, polishers, sanding tools, or cleaning equipment is a plus.
Work Ethic:
Reliable, hardworking, coachable, and willing to learn. Attention to

Ability to follow instructions and complete quality work.
Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable with hands-on labor, sanding, lifting, bending, and working around boats, vehicles, and pools.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation to work in the Orange Beach area.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
