Industrial Bentonville, AR 1st Shift $16.50/Hour Job Details 1st Employment is seeking a dependable and hardworking Unloader for our client in Bentonville, AR. This position involves unloading and loading furniture shipments, along with performing general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The Unloader will be responsible for handling furniture products safely and efficiently while maintaining accuracy in inventory and assisting with warehouse organization. This role also includes customer interaction and general facility upkeep as needed. This position follows a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with every other Saturday off. Key Responsibilities Unload and load furniture from incoming and outgoing shipments Safely move and handle furniture products throughout the warehouse Assist with general warehouse duties including inventory management Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas Help assist customers as needed in a professional manner Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Support team members with daily operational tasks Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, moving, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy furniture items consistently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and basic inventory awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy furniture throughout the workday Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks safely and consistently Schedule Monday through
