Description
Supply material and assistance to the Spinning Department in a timely manner to increase production efficiencies and overall productivity. To work in and promote a safe and healthy work environment. Monitors and maintains equipment and materials to manufacture a good fiberglass product.
Provide the Spinning Department with supplies needed to run production.
Train to obtain a clear understanding of the furnace application.
Must be able to perform their assigned duties and follow policies and procedures.
Complete training on manufacturing Instructions, LOTO and JSA's.
Work is performed on 12 hour rotating shifts. Operation is 7 days a week
Move and position glass hoppers as needed for furnace operations
Loading materials into glass elevator
Move finished product to designated location in warehouse.
Assist line in preparation of product change over's
Wash and sweep floors, walls, rails and ceiling to include other duties as assigned.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
