Are you detail-oriented, energetic, and ready to keep things moving? Kärcher North America is looking for a Receiving Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, AR! As the global leader in cleaning technology, we need someone who can manage the physical and clerical pulse of our inbound inventory with precision and care.
The Role:
Why Your Work Matters In this role, you aren't just moving boxes—you are the gatekeeper of our inventory. You'll ensure that every piece of material entering our facility is accounted for, quality-checked, and ready to reach our customers.
Your Day-to-Day Impact:
Master the
Paperwork:
Review and maintain vital transportation documents like bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier paperwork. Be a
Problem Solver:
Research and resolve discrepancies in deliveries by coordinating with our Quality, Inventory, and Transportation teams. Keep the
Flow:
Ensure freight moves smoothly from "dock to stock" with accurate labeling and placement.
Tech & Data:
Use SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to validate shipment accuracy and track process efficiencies.
Team Collaboration:
Assist other warehouse areas and communicate with Team Leaders to keep the operation running like a well-oiled machine. What You'll Bring to the Table We are looking for a reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
1-2 years in a warehouse or distribution center (Receiving or Inventory Control experience is a huge plus!).
Skills:
• Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace or handheld devices). Strong math skills (working with decimals and fractions). The ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
Physical Readiness:
Ability to stand/walk regularly and lift or move up to 50 pounds. The Environment You'll be working in a dynamic, professional warehouse setting.
