$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday (10:20pm - 6:30am) Your Grind. Your Goals. Your Payday. This Production Loader job in Gentry is made for people who like to stay busy and build something real. You'll learn fast, move fast, and stack that pay every week. Production Loaders are responsible for accurately picking, loading, and unloading products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role works closely with team members to ensure product quality, food safety compliance, and on-time trailer loading while maintaining a safe and organized work area. Job Duties Pick, load, and unload products for shipment. Verify trailer numbers and inspect trailers for damage or food safety concerns. Scan products and load information using warehouse scanners. Load products onto conveyors and transfer trailers accurately. Secure loads with air bags and proper load-stabilizing methods. Remove and report damaged products. Maintain a clean work area, including sweeping trailers. Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, loading, or distribution experience preferred. Ability to accurately count and track inventory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Loader. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Must have the visual ability to inspect products, equipment, and trailers accurately.
