Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications. Utilize warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock levels. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Basic computer skills for inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
