$16.25 per hour

Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 12-hour shifts Palletizer Associate Job? Yep. No Desk, No Suit, Just Pay That Wins. Looking for a hands-on warehouse and production role? Join a growing team as a Palletizer in Newport, AR! In this position, you'll help keep production moving by stacking, labeling, and transporting finished products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating manual or hydraulic pallet jacks preferred Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus Job Duties Stack and palletize finished products according to specifications Move products using manual and hydraulic pallet jacks Inspect products and packaging for quality issues Apply product labels and code dates Assist with equipment troubleshooting and production startup/shutdown Support Quality Assurance and Shipping teams as needed Maintain GMP, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards Communicate effectively with production team members Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Palletizer Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures. The Palletizer Associate plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities. Successful Palletizer Associate candidates understand warehouse organization, inventory procedures, shipping processes, and safe material handling while supporting efficient daily operations.
