Job Duties Ensure safe and efficient operations within all the warehouses and storage areas. Operate a packaging line, demonstrating skills in operating PLC screens, mechanical fillers, and conveyor lines Be responsible for aspects of the warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, issuing, storage, and returns. Ensure materials stored in the warehouse are maintained, accurate, and up to date in the SAP Material Master. Continuously monitor the inventory condition/status to help improve site reliability, warehouse efficiency, and mitigate risk. Implement and steward Materials Management Industry Best Practices, industry inventory control/handling practices, procedures, and principles. Provide shipping clerks with additional support with various incoming and outgoing materials Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages and letters within the company Maintain the company warehouse through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. 2-3 years experience operating PLC and packaging equipment. 1 year of forklift experience. Working knowledge of SAP and Excel Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures. Ensure safe and efficient operations within all the warehouses and storage areas. Operate a 2.5gal packaging line demonstrating skills in operating PLC screens, mechanical fillers and conveyor lines Be responsible for aspects of the warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, issuing, storage, and returns. Ensure materials stored in the warehouse are maintained, accurate and up to date in the SAP Material Master.? Continuously monitor the inventory condition/status to help improve site reliability, warehouse efficiency and mitigate risk. ? Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing packages and letters within the company Maintain the company warehouse through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods A Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products safely and efficiently. This role combines organization, attention to detail, and teamwork to help maintain productive warehouse environments. Successful Warehouse Associate professionals understand warehouse procedures, inventory handling, shipping processes, and workplace safety while helping ensure products move accurately throughout the supply chain.
