SIMOS has immediate openings for Warehouse Associates in Buckeye, AZ! At SIMOS , associates are paid weekly on Fridays and have a career path with great opportunities for advancement! This role requires you to load and unload trailers and manually lift, stack, and wrap pallets. +

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM ($16.50/hour) Associates must have at least 6 months of Warehouse experience to be considered for this role Associates will be working in

NON - CLIMATE - CONTROLLED BUILDINGS

.

+ Unload trucks onto a pallet in a tie-high pallet formation.

+ Lift products, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds

+ Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift.

+ Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout the duration of your shift.

+ Strong communication skills and teamwork

+ Ability to work while being exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer .

+ Ability to lift parts weighing up to 75 lbs. without powered equipment assistance

+ Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.

+ Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic

+ Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace GED The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee''s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
