Description Essential Job Functions

+ Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets

+ Collects, organizes, records, and files information.

+ Performs Rating & Billing duties

+ Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, personal computer, scanners, etc.

+ Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.

+ Organized and detail-oriented.

+ Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

+ Communication and client service skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment Education and Work Eperience

+ High School Diploma or GED is required.

+ Two or more years clerical experience

+ Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus. Certifications and Licenses Potential certifications for future job enhancements
