Part-Time (20-32 hours per week, varying by season) About the Role Are you someone who loves to stay busy and hit big goals? Kwik Retail LLC is looking for a motivated Prep Specialist to join our high-speed fulfillment team. We are a high-volume facility with a massive team goal of 40,000 finished FNSKUs per week. You will be a key player in this process, ensuring that products are perfectly prepped, labeled, and ready for FBA (Amazon) and WFS (Walmart) warehouses. If you like a fast-paced environment where the day flies by, this is the place for you.

What You'll Be Doing High-Speed Prep:

Expertly polybagging, bubble-wrapping, and labeling products to help our team reach our 40,000-unit weekly target.

Quality Excellence:

Ensuring every

FNSKU/WFS

label is perfectly placed so shipments are accepted seamlessly at fulfillment centers.

Specialized Production:

Occasionally assisting with our Heat Press operations. No prior experience is needed—our Supervisor will provide full, hands-on training!

Shipment Readiness:

Packing finished products securely into outbound boxes and helping move stock to staging areas.

Warehouse Standards:

Taking pride in a clean workspace. This includes daily sweeping, mopping, and organizing to keep our high-volume floor safe and efficient.

Hours vary between 20-32 hours per week based on workflow. Some Saturdays are required. Work Days will Vary.
