We are a growing Ecommerce company looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our product preparation team. Your primary responsibility will be prepping products to meet Amazon and marketplace compliance standards including labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, and heat tunnel shrink wrapping. You will be expected to meet daily and weekly prep quotas while maintaining quality and accuracy on every single unit.Key Responsibilities:
Apply FNSKU and compliance labels accurately to products as required by Amazon and other marketplace standards. Poly bag products manually and using automatic heat tunnel shrink wrap machines. Bubble wrap, bundle, and package products according to prep guidelines and product requirements. Operate heat tunnel machines safely and efficiently to process poly bagged items. Meet daily and weekly prep quotas consistently while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. Inspect products during prep for any damage, defects, or labeling errors and flag issues to the supervisor. Organize prepped products neatly and stage them in designated areas for the next step in the fulfillment process. Keep the personal work area clean, organized, and free of clutter and debris throughout the shift. Break down cardboard boxes and dispose of packing materials and waste properly. Assist with general warehouse tasks such as pallet organization, restocking supplies, and light cleaning as needed. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company procedures at all times. Weekend availability is required based on production volume and operational needs.What We're Looking For Work Ethic:
