Full Job Description Job Description:

Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including packing finished foam coolers, material handling, and operating warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient product movement and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack molded foam coolers accurately into boxes according to company and customer specifications Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging quality Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the warehouse Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Inspect products for defects or damage prior to packaging Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred) Ability to lift, stack, and move boxes and materials in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team
