About the Role Re-Bath is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting products for damage or defects. Organize and store products according to company safety and warehouse standards. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or courier services as needed. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified). Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and promptly report safety concerns to management. Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations. Drive a company vehicle with a flatbed trailer, as needed. Qualifications Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday/for extended periods. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when picking and packing orders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification. Experience driving a truck and flatbed trailer. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
