Part-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate with previous shipping and receiving experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing shipments through FedEx and/or UPS, along with familiarity using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). This position is responsible for assisting with daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining organized inventory records. Key Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments using FedEx and UPS systems. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other required shipping documentation. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Enter shipment and inventory information into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain accurate inventory records and update system transactions as needed. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Skills and Experience Required Qualifications Previous hands-on shipping and receiving experience is required. Experience processing shipments through FedEx and/or UPS is required. Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
