Duties Safely operate your own vehicle to deliver products to various locations following designated routes. Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of goods. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage inventory within the warehouse by organizing stock, moving items efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with warehouse duties such as sorting, storing, and preparing shipments for dispatch while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Support route planning and driving logistics to optimize delivery times and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving knowledge in various environments. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and manual moving tasks safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, along with knowledge of load & unload procedures.
