TEMCO LOGISTICS
is hiring for a Warehouse for our Mesa location. The check in clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to checking and identifying inbound and returned units, verifying quality, and ensuring there is no damage. Check in clerk works closely with the drivers and technicians to ensure smooth processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality, etc. Verify quantity of each product to ensure physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation Report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system. Move received product from the dock into the proper warehouse slots using forklift, pallet jack and dollies Complete required paperwork for daily receiving Balance parts that are brought back and cross reference what was used and was returned Audit PODs to make sure all the check marks are checked correctly on the box indicated. Document any damaged units and the detailed description of the damage Identify any reschedule orders and report back with new delivery date on POD and tag the unit
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Ability to lift at least 50lbs. Strong computer skills (date entry, RF Scanner, serial numbers) Strong attention to detail Ability to think analytically.
