Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring a Material Handler (no forklift) for a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supplying production lines with materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production operations, and ensuring a safe and organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Safely perform all job duties while following company safety policies and procedures. Supply production lines with raw materials and components according to production schedules and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Measure, calculate, and blend materials as required for production. Maintain proper inventory levels at workstations by delivering and restocking materials. Accurately label, identify, and store inventory in designated locations. Record lot numbers, material information, and quantities used during production runs. Return unused raw materials and finished products to appropriate staging or storage areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production and warehouse areas. Ensure machines, hoppers, grinders, dryers, and workstations are clean and free of excess material. Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, or operational issues to supervisors promptly. Follow all quality standards and customer requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a positive team environment. Complete required production and inventory documentation accurately. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or production experience required. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately complete production records and inventory documentation. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices is a plus. Basic math skills required for measuring, calculating, and tracking materials. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with varying noise levels. Must possess good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Pay Details:
