The warehouse is a refrigerated warehouse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. the orders are pulled from multi - level racking. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requests. Maintain organization within the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in their designated locations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per company guidelines. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for using inventory management systems. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary. Previous experience in warehouse operations or order picking is preferred. Heavy lifting must be able to lift 60 or more pounds. Experience in a Grocery or Food Service warehouse is a plus. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
