This position is in Northstar's Warehouse Department, and reports to the Supply Chain Manager. The position works with all levels of employees throughout the organization as necessary, but does not direct the work of other employees. This is a full-time position. This position is responsible for pulling & issuing material for jobs, preparing paperwork for jobs, and production support as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are listed below. This list is not all inclusive and may be amended by Northstar as needed. Generate Job Order paperwork at direction of the Planner. Pull material and issue to Job Orders. Communicate to planner and management material issues that would impact production. Operate forklift and pallet jacks as required Support production through the manufacturing process as required Maintain accurate job orders with traceability. Physically move production hardware, assist in updating part status, and follow up on expedited production. Participate in LEAN efforts, including clean and organized work areas. Identify possibilities for process improvement as well as cost and waste reduction. Participate in team efforts to address and correct problems. Support other warehouse duties as-needed (cycle counting, shipping, receiving, packaging).SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Visual acuity to accurately read and handle parts, serialization, routers, and MOTs. Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles Frequent exposure to moderate to heavy noise The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety shoes, earplugs, etc.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High School diploma or equivalent experienceExperience Required:
2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED
