We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Owner-Operator to join our mission and help us scale our logistics and warehouse operations. The Role We are seeking an independent contractor to handle delivery, hauling, and warehouse sorting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving your own commercial vehicle to job sites, safely loading/unloading materials, and assisting with warehouse breakdown and sorting processes to meet our recycling standards. This is a highly flexible, contract-based position. You will be paid immediately upon the successful completion of each job. Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate your own commercial vehicle (20' box truck or larger) to residential and commercial job sites.
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, debris, and other materials.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including the manual deconstruction and sorting of furniture and materials to maximize landfill diversion.
• Maintain excellent communication and provide a high level of professional customer service on-site.

Requirements Vehicle:

Must own and operate your own commercial vehicle (a 20-foot box truck or larger is highly preferred).

Documentation:

Must possess a valid driver's license and all proper, up-to-date commercial insurances required for your vehicle.

Physical Ability:

Must be capable of heavy lifting and physical labor (loading/unloading large furniture and hauling materials).

Status:

Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor (W-9/1099 status).

Reliability:

Punctuality and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.
